Each project in detail

Club de patinage de la Gruyère

Community sport, Gruyère
Full site + Independent editing

The starting point

A figure-skating club whose site must live at the rhythm of the season: schedules, prices, competitions, photo galleries. The committee had to be able to update everything itself, in a few clicks.

Our approach

A complete site in the club's colours, the club's own photos, taken on the ice, and above all a simple editing interface: the committee updates schedules, prices, season dates, the coaching team, results and galleries from a browser, and every change goes live automatically. Now live on the club's own domain: the migration caused no downtime, left the club's email untouched, and every old address redirects.

Self-sufficient: every change published straight from the browser
“We wanted a modern site, but above all one that was easy to run day to day. The result went beyond what we hoped for. We can now update information, registrations, prices and news entirely on our own, with no technical knowledge. The migration went through without the slightest problem and the support was faultless from start to finish. Today our site finally reflects the professionalism and the energy of our club. I recommend their services without hesitation to any association or company that wants a site of real quality.” Sylvain Galland, president of Club de Patinage de la Gruyère (CPGR), translated from French

Swiss Estate of Mind

Prestige real estate, Switzerland
Branding + Showcase website

The starting point

Positioning a prestige property advisory brand for a demanding international clientele used to the standards of luxury: in this market, everything comes down to detail.

Our approach

A design of deliberate restraint, deep green and gold, editorial typography, plenty of air. A bilingual French and English site made for unhurried reading, with no banner and no pop-up, and a level of security and discretion worthy of its clientele. Restraint as a selling point.

LexConfidentIA

Legal tech, local AI for law firms
Branding + Product website

The starting point

Speaking to a profession whose raw material is professional secrecy: the site itself had to breathe confidentiality before the first argument was even made.

Our approach

The register of a strongroom: warm paper, green-tinted ink, sections as dark as an archive room. The central message (processing stays within your walls) is carried by the very structure of the site, in four languages and without a single tracker: the on-premise promise applies to the site itself first.

Lexpatriate

Tax and estate advisory, between Switzerland and France
Branding + Firm website

The starting point

A cross-border tax advisory firm speaks to a clientele that expects discretion as much as expertise: the site must inspire the same trust as a long-established practice, in a contemporary voice.

Our approach

Institutional restraint: a classic serif, deep blue, a settled reading column. The content does the work of earning credibility, in four languages, with total discretion about its visitors: for a cross-border clientele, confidentiality is not a bonus, it is the product.

Hakushu Swiss Retreat

Hospitality, holiday house at the foot of the Japanese Alps
Art direction + Showcase website

The starting point

A holiday house in Hakushu, Japan, visible only through a rental platform: everything went via an intermediary, and the place deserved a showcase of its own, able to show what a listing cannot.

Our approach

We built a restrained japandi identity, pale wood and ink, carried by thirty-eight original photographs, reworked and refined for the screen. The site is fully bilingual in French and English, every detail comes from the official listing (nothing invented, not even an amenity), and booking links straight through to the listing. The result: a site that appears instantly, even on a phone deep in a Japanese valley, and collects nothing about its visitors.

Amai Mochi

Food craft, Japanese patisserie in Bern
Identity + Online shop

The starting point

Selling a fresh, hand-shaped product online: the shop had to show the material and the craft, while staying as simple as walking up to the counter.

Our approach

A dark setting flecked with gold, a cherry blossom as signature, material photography front and centre. The catalogue runs from single mochi to gift boxes, in four languages, and checkout takes three gestures, without a single tracker.

OpusProtect

Intellectual property, Swiss case law
Expert website + Documentary base

The starting point

Making room in a niche that is already well held: the route chosen was to publish genuine legal material, organised and searchable, rather than a firm brochure.

Our approach

The register of a seal: paper, ink, deep blue-green. The heart of the site is its documentary base (annotated case law, statute briefs, a glossary, an internal search engine), presented with the rigour of a legal digest. Bilingual French and German, like the law it deals with.

Clairavis

Administrative support for seniors, French-speaking Switzerland
Identity + Service website

The starting point

Offering a trust-based service to people who are heavily solicited, and often cold-called. The site had to be understood at a glance and stay comfortable to read, on a tablet as much as on a phone.

Our approach

Large type, a steady reading column, deep green on warm paper, no animation to distract. The whole site rests on one simple promise, repeated page after page: call us before you sign. A full section is devoted to independence (no commission, nothing to sell, no arrangement with a tradesman or an insurer), prices are shown, cancellation is explained, and the client area was planned from day one. Nothing is collected about visitors.

Historiata

Publishing, online history review
Editorial design + Content website

The starting point

Giving a history review the bearing of a scholarly publication: long, demanding features, period imagery, and reading that must remain a pleasure on screen.

Our approach

A classic editorial layout, an elegant serif on ivory, a reading column calibrated for the eye. The major subjects are structured as ongoing series (Leonardo da Vinci, Vatel) with dossier pages of their own, and the imagery comes entirely from the public domain. No advertising, no distraction: the text comes first.

Onirospace

Publishing, online science-fiction universe
Visual universe + Content website

The starting point

Publishing an entire science-fiction universe (cycles of short stories, a map, an encyclopaedia) and giving it a visual presence worthy of the story: immersive, readable, held together like a publication.

Our approach

A nocturnal setting, deep ink pricked with stars, nebula violet, space-age typefaces. The stories are arranged in ongoing cycles (Le Grand Silence, Les Larmes des Dragons), extended by a map of the universe and a wiki: readers do not just read, they explore. No advertising, nothing to pull the reader out of the story.

Tupac World

Publishing, music listening guide
Visual universe + Content site

The starting point

Guiding listeners through a huge, scattered body of work: official albums, posthumous releases, compilations. The site had to speak to the whole world, in five languages, without ever feeling like a database.

Our approach

A nocturnal register, burnished gold on warm ink, assertive typography. Every album gets a reasoned dossier (context, listening path, which editions to buy), pages answer one another, and the site exists in five languages, from English to Italian. Two hundred and seventy pages online, no tracker.

michellegrand.org

Publishing, music listening guide
Editorial design + Content site

The starting point

Making a vast body of work approachable: where do you start with Michel Legrand, which record first, which edition to buy? The site had to answer in French, with the poise of a music review.

Our approach

Midnight blue and coral, a settled serif, a calm reading column. The guide covers the records, the standards and their sheet music, film musicals and the agenda of tributes: four sections and twenty-four pages, without a single tracker.

Atlantide

Pool builder, Glâne and canton of Fribourg
Art direction ×3

The starting point

Showing a pool builder their future website, finished and online, in three moods to choose from, rather than a mock-up and promises.

Our approach

Three complete art directions built in parallel on the same foundation: alpine minimalism (water, silence and the mountains), Mediterranean resort, contemporary luxury. Each one is a whole, working website. The one shown here is the alpine direction.

The laboratory

Twenty brands, twenty art directions.

To explore without constraints, the studio invents its own demonstration brands: name, identity, copy, imagery, all drawn from scratch. From a fine watchmaking house to a late-night fanzine, no two look alike. It is our promise made visible: your site will look like no one else's.

A service configurator, slot selection, a deposit: the complete journey of booking an appointment, in a mood of leather, brass and charcoal.

Preview of the BRIGADE demo
Event caterer, per-guest quoting

BRIGADE

A quote you compose like a menu: per-guest packages, options, an instant estimate. The same booking machinery, in a register of linen and olive.

Preview of the PAC Suisse · Glacier demo
Energy comparison tool, institutional register

PAC Suisse · Glacier

A complete heat pump simulator: costs, savings, subsidies by canton. Here in a crisp Swiss livery, fine rules and federal red.

Preview of the PAC Suisse · Terra demo
The same product, magazine register

Exactly the same simulator and the same content as Glacier, warmed up in cream and terracotta. One platform, three identities: that is the whole point.

The same product, eco-tech register

PAC Suisse · Volt

The comparison tool's third livery: blue-tinted night, electric green, figures set in mono. Proof, three times over, that a design is chosen, not endured.

Preview of the ALBA demo
Aesthetic medicine clinic, hushed register

ALBA

Ivory, copper hairlines and fine capitals for a subject that calls for restraint: the treatment is shown, never the face. Discretion as a medical argument.

Preview of the Travée demo
Architecture practice, the rigour of a drawing

Travée

Layer grid, dimension lines and technical drafting marks: the page is held like a drawing board. The seriousness of the craft made visible before the first project.

Preview of the SOCLE demo
General building contractor, plain and square

SOCLE

Heavy condensed type, site ochre, stacked blocks: a tradesman's website that inspires confidence without ever making noise for nothing.

Preview of the SILLAGE demo
Perfumer, night and gold

SILLAGE

A night background, drawn wisps, stretched capitals: translating a scent onto a screen while showing almost nothing. The hardest exercise in restraint of the series.

Preview of the Maison Ferrenoire demo
Fine watchmaking, artisanal luxury

Maison Ferrenoire

A case embossed from the first pixel to the last: guilloché patterns in relief, titles struck into the paper, engraved dials. The restraint of the very top end.

Preview of the Méridienne demo
Design studio, pared-back portfolio

Méridienne

Bone white, a single accent colour, and typography doing all the work. A demonstration that emptiness is a material.

Preview of the Encre demo
Long-form magazine

Encre

An independent press layout: giant pull quotes, margin notes, a calibrated reading column. For brands with stories to tell.

Preview of the Lueur demo
Tech product, conversion landing page

Lueur

Blue-tinted night, line-drawn aurora gradients, the product demonstrated on the very first screen. The register of the best tech launch pages.

Preview of the Fanfare demo
Creative agency, unapologetically pop

Fanfare

Bold flat colours, stickers, hard drop shadows: a site that speaks up without ringing false. Energy as an identity.

Preview of the Hanabi demo
Cultural fanzine, nocturnal aesthetic

Hanabi

Neon, photocopier grain, scrolling banners: the fire of a printed zine, carried to the screen without losing any of its pace.

Preview of the Grimoire demo
Game universe, imaginary world

Grimoire

Parchment, embers and gold for an online role-playing game: a whole world, its factions and its rules, staged page after page.

Preview of the AMOUR demo
Dating platform, trilingual

AMOUR

A sensitive service handled with tact: three languages, zero photos of people, and an interface that inspires trust from the very first second.

Preview of the KUTŌ demo
Fine grocery, tea ceremony

KUTŌ

Matcha green on deep night, photography full of texture, product pages cut to the line: premium food without the folklore.

Preview of the CARRÉ demo
Chocolatier, luminous elegance

CARRÉ

The same house as KUTŌ, in negative: a light ground, cocoa and cream, proof that a range can change its mood without changing its soul.

Preview of the NOIR demo
Coffee roaster, couture register

NOIR

Coffee treated like a fashion house: deep black, copper, a chosen vocabulary. An everyday product ennobled by tone.
